1. Log In to Your Virtual Office

• Access your Virtual Office by logging in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Auto-Delivery 
There are a couple ways to access the Auto-Delivery page

• Locate the footer of the webpage and click on "Auto-Delivery." 
• Or find “My Business” in the menu and click on “My Auto-Delivery"

3. Edit Your Auto-Delivery

• To make changes, click "Edit" next to the Auto-Delivery set up. Then update your Auto-Delivery as needed.

4. Cancel Your Auto-Delivery

• If you wish to cancel your Auto-Delivery, click "Cancel" next to the "Edit" option. Once you click “Cancel” an optional survey will be displayed inquiring about why you are cancelling your Auto-Delivery.
