Your Virtual Office dashboard is designed to provide you with easy access to important tools and information to help you succeed as an Independent Business Owner (IBO). Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll find on your dashboard:

 

1. Banners
   The first three boxes underneath the orange menu bar houses banners for our upcoming promotions, etc.
   
   
2. IBO Profile
   Here, you’ll find your name and also your IBO ID number, which you can refer to when needed. If you would like to change your profile picture, you can do so by going to “My Account” in the menu bar.
   
   
3. Paid Rank Report
   View your Paid Rank Report, which is based on last month's qualifications. This section also shows the requirements for the current month, along with rank benefits and the next steps to achieve the best success with LifePharm.
   
   
4. Incentive Program Trackers
   You will find various trackers to see your progress for certain incentives/promotions like the cruise or Power of 3.
   
   
5. Quick Links
   Quick Links provides access to important pages such as "Website Settings", "Matrix Tree", and others for easy navigation.
   
   
6. Progress Report
   View your Progress Report to see your highest rank achieved. Navigate through the rank icons from “IBO” to “Royal Diamond” to see what the requirements are to achieve each rank. Additionally, you can look at your qualified Personal Volume and Group Volume for the “Current Month” and “Last Month” under “Requirements.” This section includes “Rank Benefits” and “Next Steps” sections for your convenience as well.
   
   
7. Customer Support
   If you need assistance, you can easily locate our Customer Service contact information. For IBOs located outside of the United States, please click on "International Customer Service Hours" to view the full contact details for your region.
   
   
8. Data Panel
   The Data Panel displays important metrics such as your “PV Last 31 Days” and “Strong Leg Volume,” which are crucial for tracking your business performance.
